Our Team

Lauren graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2019. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2022. Prior to joining the Riverbend Pediatric Therapy team, Lauren worked in an outpatient clinic working with adults with orthopedic injuries. 

Lauren enjoys using functional play-based therapeutic interventions while working with children. During Lauren’s education, she completed her fieldwork at an outpatient pediatric clinic where she gained experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, learning disorders, Down syndrome, and Cerebral palsy. She is excited to further her career in pediatric occupational therapy!

Lauren grew up on the Northshore and was excited to return after completing her education in Florida. She enjoys taking trips to the beach, trying new foods, and spending time with her friends and family.
