Caitlyn Wear

Caitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi College in 2019 and went on to receive her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022.
Her passion for occupational therapy began when her younger brother started OT. Watching his excitement after each session (and witnessing his growth in both skills and confidence) sparked her curiosity. After shadowing a single session, Caitlyn knew she had found her calling. Today, Caitlyn is grateful to be part of that same journey for other children and families. She loves creating playful, meaningful sessions that support growth, confidence, and independence.
Originally from the Northshore, Caitlyn is thrilled to be back in her hometown, working alongside some of the very therapists who once inspired her. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, sharing coffee or meals with friends, and volunteering in her church’s youth ministry.
