
Courtney Anderson
(MS., BCBA, LBA)
Courtney graduated from Saint Joseph University in 2017 with her Masters in Science and became a BCBA shortly after in 2018. Courtney began her career in ABA in 2014 as a behavior technician. She quickly fell in love with and became dedicated to the field. Courtney trained under various professionals in the field and has worked in clinical settings, homes, and schools. She has worked with children ranging from 2-18 years of age and a large variety of skills and behaviors. During her career Courtney has focused on evidence-based and compassionate care, using the most up to date research relevant to the progression of the field. She has presented at ABA conferences and conducted a variety of studies aimed at improving the care provided to children. Courtney has experience in functional assessments, behavioral feeding, rapport building, assent to instruction, severe problem behavior, and clinical development / management.
Courtney is the Clinical Director at Riverbend Pediatric Therapy, here she has focused on building a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment that is client and clinician focused to provide the highest level of care to all of the families we work with. Courtney is married and has two sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
